Ephesians Chapter 6
1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord for this is right. 2 “Honor your father and mother,” which is the first commandment accompanied by a promise, namely, 3 “that it may go well with you and that you will live a long time on the earth.”
4 Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but raise them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
5 Slaves, obey your human masters with fear and trembling, in the sincerity of your heart as to Christ, 6 not like those who do their work only when someone is watching—as people-pleasers—but as slaves of Christ doing the will of God from the heart. 7 Obey with enthusiasm, as though serving the Lord and not people, 8 because you know that each person, whether slave or free, if he does something good, this will be rewarded by the Lord.
9 Masters, treat your slaves the same way, giving up the use of threats, because you know that both you and they have the same master in heaven, and there is no favoritism with him.

These words in Ephesians 6 might seem to be a list of do's and dont's commands and obligations but  the work of Christ is a work of complete grace, and when we read Ephesians we see in the first three chapters the unfolding message of the Salvation that is our by grace through faith.  We are now one with Christ.

So it is that in the remaining chapters of Paul's letter we see our response to that amazing grace is one not of obligation or Duty but one inspired by His complete and saving work-

Hebrews 5
1 For every high priest is taken from among the people and appointed to represent them before God, to offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins.

Hebrews 10
11 And every priest stands day after day serving and offering the same sacrifices again and again—sacrifices that can never take away sins.12 But when this priest had offered one sacrifice for sins for all time, he sat down at the right hand of God, 13 where he is now waiting until his enemies are made a footstool for his feet. 14 For by one offering he has perfected for all time those who are made holy.

We are now one with Christ and are not faced with a list of demands because Christ went and did it all-
He is our high priest
We are not judged on how good we are but how good our priest is

"As he is so are we in this world"

The enemy wants us to focus on our performance but rather we  should focus on Jesus and be Christ consciousness
We all with unveiled are being transformed  into His Image from glory to Glory

Look at Him-  Yes Fix our eyes on Him.Behold Him Find Jesus
Do’s and don’t do’s are not practical Christianity
Should we look at the discouraging medical report..... no look at him
Should we look at the circumstances around us like Peter did in the boat on the lake-  No look to Him and walk on the water.
Jesus triumphed in this world
We are The Body and He is the head
